Fate and the Furious - My personal review

It's a tradition: despite I don't like the fold that has taken this saga, I continue every time to want to go to the cinema to see the last episode with Toretto and companions... except curse this choice every time I leave the cinema! This time, in fact, I went to see "Fast & Furious 8" and as in the previous episode, I was very, very disappointed, so much so that I could use the same review written two years ago, changing only the title and a few adjectives and I quickly resolve the issue. But no, I want to write something new because I was really speechless in front of this new film. The story is really trivial, is related in part to events that occurred in the previous chapter, putting once again the members of the "family" in a mission of international bailout from terrorists, hackers, nuclear missiles and of course, but so much testosterone that continues to gush from the muscles of the 3 Alpha male protagonists of the film. I had already told two years ago, but it is worthwhile repeating: now the cars are just an excuse to put together a little bit of international espionage topped off with gigantic explosions, fist fights and ridiculous sci-informatics. They are well gone the days when a simple group of boys wore makeup their cars in the home garage challenging on a straight 1/4 mile: now those kids are the perfect 007, capable to thwart any danger threatens world peace, saving always the skin and always earning something. Ok, there is a little bit of action, but there should always be a bit of rationality and reality! It's really an insult to the intelligence of audience, see a submarine chasing five vehicles jump off the ice as the most agile of dolphins, or see thousands of cars that begin to move without a driver causing panic on the streets of New York. No, this time it really hit bottom, creating a ridiculous film, which seems a parody of this saga but that it is not: F&F8 will have certainly hit the box office, but the next chapter will surely one viewer in less... do not get me around anymore! They ruined a brand that was started 16 years ago in the best way and now retains nothing of the original movie, just the right title.
