USA 2013: Location Philadelphia (Rocky)
Here we are with a new episode of my travels in the US in search of locations used in movies/TV series. This time, as you can see from the picture, it's the turn of Philadelphia and then the location will all be referred to a unique series of movies that made Philadelphia icon in the movie scene: we are talking about the saga of Rocky. In this gallery of images taken in May of 2013, you will see the famous staircase where Rocky run to go to the square of the Art Museum, the statue of Rocky appeared in the third chapter of the saga, the City Hall, the Rittenhouse Square Park where Rocky jumps the benches, the Italian market, the Irish Pub and Rocky's Restaurant (appeared in the sixth and final chapter), the Church of St. Thomas Aquinas where Rocky seeks comfort in the words of the pastor, the houses inhabited by Rocky and Adriana in the first two chapters of the saga, the Mickey'gym and the animals shop where Adriana worked. For a lover of this saga, it was a great pleasure to be able to tread the same scenes of a myth like Rocky! Good vision and enjoy with this gallery!
