Ok, it's not perfect but it's the first time I try to create a paper model (and watching the result I think that will be the last time!!). I found this model on Internet and using my color laser printer, a good pair of scissors and an hard glue, I realized it in 2 evenings: the resulting "General Lee" seems to be wrecked (especially to the rear), so I decided to imagine that this "General Lee" is the result of a great jump and an hard landing (similar to the jump executed on the pilot episode, when the "General Lee" jump over the police car).
   Howerver, in the next days I will try to create a more accurate paper model: now I know some tricks and I can realize a better one!!!

   Finally, after 2 weeks, I received the Dodge Charger '68 (used in "Bullit") that I won the 20th April on eBay. When I received the car has the rear shock absorbers not connected at the chassis, but in 5 minutes I corrected the problem with a simple screwdriver. Moreover, I have corrected a problem on the rear lights that are attacched in a wrong way to the body. In the end, I have washed the body with the polish and now it's very very shine!
   Only for fun, I have organized a meeting only for my personal Chargers: the new one (1968), the General Lee (1969) and the Fast & Furious stock car (1970), but I think that in the future I will organize a second meeting with more Chargers!!!

   Yesterday, in the afternoon, I received a package from JpusToys, the shop where a month ago I ordered the rare Mustang GT "00" used in "The Dukes of Hazzard" (Reunion Movie). The shop's owner was very neighbourly during the transact business of the "00", so to give thanks to him, I inserted on my site an animated banner that points to his shop site. But, go back to the package... When I opened the package, I found a surprise: a rare General Lee with black interior... that's incredible!!! Two weeks ago, I talked about this rare General Lee with Mr.Tiziano (the shop's owner) and I expressed the desire to buy it, but in the future because in that period I spent too money for other things.
   However, Mr.Tiziano sent me this model doing me a great surprise, so I want to thanks him publicly on this site, because it's not easy to find people/sellers like Mr.Tiziano. I will buy other diecast models from JpusToys in the future, and I suggest to all collectors who consult this site, to visit JpusToys site!!!

   Finally, I extracted from the boxes the last 2 diecast models arrived to my home, the Mustang GT "00" and the General Lee with black interior. However, looking the new General Lee I noticed some differences respect my first General Lee: apart the black interior, the main differences are the license plates. In the rear, there is no the common Georgia's "CNH 320" plate but a Florida plate. Moreover, in the front, there is no the common "confederated flag" plate but the same Florida plate. This Florida plate is "072069" (with a little "10" before the other numbers).
   At the end of the evening, I shoot some pictures using my 2 General Lees so, after the 1st Charger Meeting, I organized the 1st General Lee Meeting!!

   This evenening I've finished to add details to the engine, so in the next pictures you could see a detailed engine and the hood with the autographs of all the living original cast members and crew that were on "The Dukes of Hazzard" TV show.
   Moreover, I started to work on the internal rollbar: I created it using a plastic drinking straw and some pieces of the original rollbar installed when I bought the original model. Now this rollbar is raw, but tomorrow, I will paint it with opaque black, adding the protections for the passengers with sealing tape.

   Moreover, this morning I received a package from the US... on the package there is a label: "John Schneider Webstore". Yeaaa Haaa! In that package there was the "Collier & Co." posters (with autographs) that I bought on eBay from John. Now, I will wait the DVD with the movie. I hope it arrives as soon as possible!!

   Yesterday, it's arrived a package with some new models: one of this is another '69 Dodge Charger "General Lee" that I will convert in the Traveller #2 owned by Erik Dimitriou. I think that I will create 3 replicas of this car: one for me, one for Erik and one for Roberto (the greatest collector of Hazzard diecast model in Italy).
   Anyway, before start to work on this model, I organized a new Charger Meeting: this time the presence was very high, infact there was 6 Charger (included the last oncoming). The next time, I think the meeting will be still larger!!

   Today, "Collier & Co. - Hot Pursuit" will be realesed in the US on the new version with 2 DVDs. So, to celebrate this event, yesterday I worked hard to finish the exterior of the Traveller: I painted all the silver profiles around every window and then I assembled some external details like the windscreen, the back window, the fuel cap and the windshield wipers.
   Moreover, I shot some pictures with the orange Traveller that I created some months ago, so I tryed to reproduce a future meeting between the cars owned by John Schneider and Erik Dimitriou.

   Besides, I want to show you a custom "General Lee" that Luca.77 (an Automodellando's user) has created in this period: he has used an Hot Wheels model in 1/64 scale and using some pictures downloaded from Internet, he has created a perfect "General Lee" livery in miniature. Good job Luca!!

   Yesterday, on the Traveller, I added the lateral rear windows, created using vinyl acetate papers. Now I think the exterior could be considered finished: I need only to fix every part to the the main body and then I will start to work on the interior. Moreover, this morning, I organized another little meeting with all the main cars used in "Collier & Co. - Hot Pursuit": yes, this time there is also the Shelby Series-1 I bought some weeks ago. When I will finish the Traveller, I will try to substitute on it the red stripes with the correct blue stripes.

   Waiting some new diecast I ordered in the previous days, today I would to show you some particular models: I know that the scale is not the usual 1:18, but considering their importance, I thought it's correct to include them in this site. Their name is "Transformers" and I think every boy (in the '80 period) own at least one of them. During these years, I collected only the original Autobots (G1 + G2 series) and today, considering the echo created by the movie directed by Michael Bay, I'm proud to show them here!

   These models are not novelty, but I received them in the last days: the first one is the DMC DeLorean used in the movie "Back to the Future"; the second one is the DMC DeLorean used in the movie "Back to the Future 3". With the other DMC DeLorean from the "Back to the Future II", now I completed the 3 cars used in the "Back to the Future" saga. I know there is another version on railroads, but I don't if I will buy it in the future. For the time, I enjoy with them.

   Yesterday, I received some DVDs I purchased some weeks ago. In the package there was the old TV series "I ragazzi della 3C", a funny italian fiction produced in the '80 by Mediaset for 3 years. This TV series tells the story of a group of classmates, enrolled in a Classical High School in Rome. The main characters are nine: Bruno (a fat and clamsy guy), Chicco (a guy flunked a lot of times), Massimo (a fit guy), Sharon (a goddess), Rossella and Daniele (the loving couple), Benedetta (a dark girl) and Elias and Tisini (the grind girls).
   The series is very enjoyable but it contains some strange things, compared with the current productions: in every episode, there is a commercial advertising of some products produced by the sponsors: some examples are Cornetto Algida, Twix, Raiders, etc... In particular, the greater sponsor was the Opel (General Motors), so one of the main characters, Chicco, droves (in the first season) a red Opel Corsa GSi and every time the director shot this car, there is an explicit promotion to Opel. I wish to put this car in my collection, but unfortunately, this model is not produced in 1:18 scale...
   However, this time I captured only few pictures of the car used in the first season (the Opel Corsa GSi) but in the next days, I will try to publish some pictures of the cars used in the next 2 seasons!!!

   A lot of people wrote me to obtain infos on the other cars used in the italian TV series "I ragazzi della 3C". So, I created some snapshots using the original DVDs and I added these new pictures on the previous gallery: now, you can watch the second car used by Chicco in the second season (an Opel Kadett GSi), the car used by Camillo Zampetti (an Opel Omega) and the motorbike used by Daniele (an Aprilia F1A 125; in the first season he droves a white Piaggio Vespa).

   In the previous days, I found on eBay this wonderful vintage diecast model of the "General Lee". It was produced in the 1981 by ERTL and it's slighly larger than a classic 1/18th scale model but I bought it because I already own the "Coyote X", produced by the same manufacturer in the same period. Unfortunately, now this model is not in my hand but in this moment it's travelling from the UK to the Italy, so I show you only the pictures received from the seller. When I will receive the car, I will update the pictures with a new photo session.

   In this period, I'm working on the Traveller #1 (the car used in the movie "Collier & Co.") To create a perfect replica of the real car, I tryed to recreate the cover seats: in the movie they used 2 blankets, while I used 2 old duster cloths. However, the diecast model is not yet finished: I need to complete the engine bay and I will other details on the interior, etc.
   Anyway, I shot some pictures with the 2 Travellers, in order to appreciate the work executed in the last year. Enjoy with them!!!

   This is the "Dirty Mary Crazy Larry" period: yesterday, I received some pictures from Darold, a visitor of my site who has created a DMCL's Charger in 1/64th. This little diecast model has been created using a '69 Dodge Charger produced by Hot Wheels and it's very accurate. Moreover, now Darold is working on a DMCL's Charger in 1/24th: when he will finish this model, I will publish some new pictures about it.

   Today it's the last day of work before my holidays (21st August - 2nd September) so I would like to show you one of my last purchases: 6 hand signed pictures I bought from a certified shop on eBay!!    In this period, I'm trying to complete my collection of hand signed pictures. In particular, I love to collect the autographs of the actors who played main characters into the TV series "The Dukes of Hazzard": unfortunately, Byron cherry (Coy Duke) and Christopher Mayer (Vance Duke) are still missing in my collection, so yesterday I wrote a message on CGLFC board and thanks to John Staton, I got the oppurtunity to contact directly Byron Cherry. I wrote him an email and after few minutes, I received an answer from him and we started a quick repartee to decide the details about the hand signed picture. After this, I can only say Byron is a nice, amusing and kind guy. Besides to be a good actor, he is also a good man: it's not easy to find a helpful actor like him. It was a pleasure for me "talk" with Mr.Cherry and I hope, one day, to meet him in a Duke's event.

   Moreover, during my holiday I received a lot of pictures from the visitors of this site and day by day, I will show them. Today I would like to show you the last job executed by Roberto: he is a great "The Dukes of Hazzard" & "Collier & Co." fan, so he realized a great diecast replica of the Traveller owned by Erik Dimitriou. On the external, it looks like mine, but on the internal he has done a great work: he has detailed the carpet with grunge, he has covered the steering wheel with insulating tape and he has created 2 little covers for the front seats. Congratulations Roberto!!!

   Monday, I accompanied my girlfriend in Switzerland for a job interview, so during the interview I popped into a local shopping centre hoping to find something interesting. Instead, I found a great DVD box dedicated to the "Smokey and the Bandit" trilogy: it's superfluous to say I bought it without thinking, especially because I have not ever seen in Italy.
   Today, I extracted my '77 Trans Am from the display case and I took the opportunity to take some pictures to show you this wonderful DVD box. I hope you like this combination!

   Yesterday, I received an email from Roberto about his new Ford Mustang GT500KR ("K.I.T.T."), the car used in the new TV series "Knight Rider". It's the first collector I know who has this diecast model in his collection: unfortunately, mine will arrive only in the next weeks. However, watching the pictures it looks like the diecast model produced by Shelby Collectibles is a good replica of the real car (especially, considering they haven't an official license from Universal). I think that with some little correction (especially on ther interior) this model will became a perfect clone of the new K.I.T.T.

   Some days ago, I received a suggestion from Angelo (polinesiano on AMG forum) to publish on my site the incredible diorama he found on Photobucket. This diorama, dedicated to "Mad Max", was created by a Ford Falcon fan (his nickname on Photobucket is "scar2783") and it was realized using the awesome Turbo Interceptor produced by AUTOart. I think the final result is a perfect replica of the ambience of the second movie "Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior". Congratulations scar2783, good job!!!

   Today, this post will be a little bit different from the others you are used to read on this site... The 29th of January has been my birthday: 34 years old... so, to celebrate this recurrence, I bought a motorbike!!!
   However, it's not a simple bike but it's the same model of the famous bike used in the movie "Troppo Forte" (with Carlo Verdone), a 1986 Yamaha FZ 750. When I saw for the first time this movie (I was 11 years old) I fell in love of that bike, so today, after 23 years, I found (using Internet) in Turin a great model in good conditions.
   During the last weekends, I worked on it (washing every single piece!!!) and today I would like to show you some pictures about it. In the next few days, I will try to buy some new parts and then I will start the procedures to register this vehicle in the Italian bikes historycal registry.    Finally, yesterday I received the signed pictures of Byron Cherry (Coy Duke in the 5th season of "The Dukes of Hazzard"). In the package, there are 6 signed pictures: 2 pictures with the autographs of Mr.Cherry and Mr.Mayer (Vance Duke, the other cousin) and 4 pictures with dedications and autographs of Mr.Cherry... In one of these pictures, the dedication is: "To Fabiano, take care of your bike" because when I wrote to Mr.Cherry, he saw the pictures of my Yamaha FZ 750 and he replied me in this way:

   I can only say Mr.Cherry is a great guy and I'm glad to display his autographs in my collection and on this site!!

   Today, I found these 2 great pictures on the site "Knight Rider Archive", a great site where you can find a lot of information about the original TV series "Knight Rider": on these pictures there are "The Jackson 5" who posed (in a photoshoot in 1984) with some exotic cars. You can easily recognize Michael Jackson sat on the KITT's hood: maybe, Michael was a Knight Rider fan! Enjoy with the pictures!

   In this period I had not much time to work on my custom models, because every time I had free time I used it to complete the restoration of my 1986 Yamaha FZ 750 (the same motorbike used by Carlo Verdone in the movie "Troppo Forte").
   Finally, saturday I completed it and so I've shot a lot of photos in the garden of my house. Moreover, sunday morning I've brought it to "Madonna del Ghisallo" with my father (he came with his 1954 Moto Guzzi Airone 250).

   These days, doing a little order among the various boxes remained closed after the move, I found the 6 numbers of the magazine Telefilm Retro published since November 2006. Unlike today, where we can still live our memories through TV series on DVD/Bluray and thematic channels (although unfortunately the legendary Fox Retro on Sky has closed its doors the first days of January), at that time one of the only ways to remember the incredible years of unforgetted television series, was just flip through the pages of this legendary magazine. For each decade (1970, 1980 and 1990) were conceived two volumes: in addition to presenting the tabs and the items of every famous show, also had the headings on the most striking facts, on fashions and habits of those years. Leaf through it was like taking a trip back in time, going back baby for a few minutes!
   If interested, because now it is rare magazines, I was thinking of making scans into PDF of each of them, so as to make them available to who has never had in his hands or those who look for years but has never found a copy.    AutoWorld is taking Dukes fans back to where it all began, before the General Lee was the General Lee, with this 1/18-scale Authentics 1969 Dodge Charger in black with newly tooled steel wheels as seen in the season 7 premiere episode "Happy Birthday General Lee". The press officers say they should come to market this month. We look forward to being able to buy it and add it to our collections!

   Maybe someone believed it, maybe someone has understood that it was a joke, since yesterday was April 1st ... in fact, the news that I gave yesterday on the bike in 1:18 scale of Street Hawk was a hoax. However, this model does exist and has been handcrafted by the user "mach77" of the forum "Street Hawk". Admittedly it is the best model ever created in 1:18 scale of the motorcycle used in the 80s TV series and it would be really nice if some diecast manufacturer decide to offer it on the market ... surely many fans like me would try in every way to buy one! I leave you with photos of all the construction phases of this model ... and if you can, forgive me the joke!

   The countdown has begun and as I promised in the next days I'll show you some material connected to the Back to the Future trilogy. Waiting the new bluray box shaped as flux capacitor, today I will show the two boxes of the trilogy in DVD (2002) and bluray (2013) version. To each of them I took some photos both at the external box and inside, also to see the screen prints shown on every disc. In outline, of course, could not miss my DeLorean (Sunstar and HotWheels) and the 1946 Ford Super Deluxe Convertible used by Biff. In the coming days some other treat, so stay tuned!

   Today is the great day I've been waiting for years: it's October 21, 2015, the day that Marty and Doc come in the future! How to mark this date except by a clock? Exactly as you can see from the pictures, next to the DeLorean I positioned a Casio CA-53, the watch that Marty wear during the trilogy of "Back to the Future" (in some scenes he also used a CA-50). I have to admit that Casio watches are another passion of mine and I collect a lot, some of which are used in popular films. Sooner or later I'll show you more! For now, however, I can only say ... welcome to the future !!!

   During the recent days on the Greenlight's Facebook page appeared some pictures of the first tests for the realization of the Family Truckster used in the movie National Lampoon's Vacation. As part of the collection Artisan (and as you can see from the molds in the pictures) model will not present openings, but otherwise seems well made. Surely I will add it to my collection! We look forward to more pictures.

   It's a bit of time I wanted to talk and the 30th anniversary of "Back to the Future" although a few days late) I think the best way to remember Nicola Marcaccini, one of the greatest Italian fans of this trilogy, who died just over five years ago, the 10th of May 2010, due to an incurable disease. Before his untimely death at the age of 34, Nicola has created some important websites to collect Italian fans of this great saga, organized in July 2005 the first meeting inspired to the 3 movies and the DeLorean (in occasion of the 20th anniversary), he managed to achieve his dream of owning a real DMC-12 buying it from Germany and has had the pleasure of telling of his life (and how the disease has affected over it) in the book wrote by him, called "Destino Mio Caro". Unfortunately, he has not had the opportunity to see the futuristic October 21, 2015, but it definitely left a good memory among his friends and all fans of "Back to the Future". If you get a chance, read his book. It will teach you to take life differently.

   During the previous days appeared the first images of the new movie dedicated to CHiPs, the popular TV series which told the life of two Los Angeles Police officers, John Baker and Frank "Ponch" Poncherello. In the original TV series they were interpreted by the legendary Larry Wilcox and Erik Estrada; in this new movie, however, the two main characters will be played by Dax Shepard and Michael Pena. In the cast there is also Vincet D'Onofrio that will make the role of the villain. Click on the following images to see some pictures from the set.

   What can you do ... October 21, 2015 has passed some weeks ago but the fever of "Back to the Future" is still high in me. So I am here today to introduce quickly the last purchases about the 30th anniversary of this great trilogy: it is the bluray box-shaped flux capacitory, the two traditional boxes in bluray and DVD format and the illustrated commemorative book (of course all accompanied by the beautiful DeLorean Time Machine produced by Hot Wheels that have already seen in the my past posts). In the coming days I'll try to introduce them one by one, showing the differences between the various versions (box set, DVD and BluRay) and maybe bringing you some pictures of the beautiful commemorative book that collects many curiosities about the three movies of the saga. Bring then a little patience and you will see that it is worth it!

   I quickly showed you this book ("Back to the Future: The Ultimate Visual History") a few weeks ago, on the anniversary of the October 23, 2015, when Marty and Doc came in the future on board of the DeLorean from the movie "Back to the Future ". Today I want to dedicate it more attention, mostly because it is a really interesting book that can not miss into the collection of every fan of this awesome movie franchise.
   The book, printed only in English (but it's easy to read, even for those who are not native speakers), comes with a hard cover that gives solidity to the book and the paper used is thick with glossy print, characteristic that gives a better quality to the images. Speaking of pictures, there are hundreds and hundreds of images, most of which are unpublished and taken in the backstage of the filming, so it's nice to see scenes seen in the movies, but from other points of view. The book also is organized into four major sections: the first three related to the realization of each movie, while the last concerns the construction of the attraction "Back to the Future: The Ride" (built in the Universal Studios in Los Angeles , Orlando and Japan) and the animated series "Back to the Future". About the realization of each individual film, it's described in chronological order every single week of processing, describing the order with which every individual scene have been filmed and telling many curiosity about every single scene or each individual element built specifically for the three movies (like the DeLorean, the Hoverboard and many other gadgets, which also shows the sketches drawn before the implementation).
   Furthermore, to make it even more unique and interesting this book is the presence inside of a lot of copies of props such the fading Marty's photography, the letter that Marty writes to Doc to save him from the Libyans, the flyer of the clock tower and many more ... the only flaw is that these elements are bonded (with rubbery glue but easily removable) to the pages of the book: would have been better to put an envelope attached to the book where they can store without the risk of losing or damaging them (as was done for the book "Terminator Vault: the Complete Story Behind the Making of the Terminator and Terminator 2", but I'll show this in a few days).
   Finally, as I said earlier, this book is fabulous and it's really a focal point for all fans of "Back to the Future" and as Christmas approaches, it could also be a wonderful Christmas gift!

   After showing in December 2015 the book "Back to the Future: The Ultimate Visual History", today I will show you quickly the book "Ghostbusters: The Ultimate Visual History". Again, the book recounts many anecdotes, starting with the writing of the script, up to describe week to week, the shooting of the two films of the saga. Next week I will show you in detail (including images of the inside pages and gadgets within it), but now you'll have to settle for some quick photograph along with my Ecto-1 and Ecto-1A produced by ERTL and Hot Wheels.    After satisfying my "hunger" of Countach with the LP400 (Black) used in "Automan" and the two LP500 (red and black) used in "The Cannonball Run", this time I came out a little from my usual issue, to satisfy a desire I had long, that can complement the Ford Mustang 1968 used in the movie "Bullitt", the two editions of the Mustang manufactured by Ford in 2001 and 2008 and identified by the name "Bullitt". These models have been produced by AutoArt and perfectly reproduce the original cars, presenting a very high level of detail. They should arrive during this week from Germany, but in the meantime let's enjoy two images of real cars, committed to doing what they do best: jump on the streets of San Francisco!    As I told you a few days ago, today I wanted to introduce you in detail another wonderful book came in my collection: part of the same series of "Back to the Future: The Ultimate Visual History", it is the turn of "Ghostbusters: The Ultimate Visual History ", also released in 2015 to mark the 30th anniversary of the first film of the saga. Again, we are faced with a masterpiece must-have in your collection: the book, in fact, has many unpublished photographs and images related to the writing, shooting of two films and everything that revolves around the world of "Ghostbusters". Besides fact to tell week to week as the shoot of the two films, the film also features a few chapters devoted to the creation of some very important elements seen in the movies (the Ecto-1, the Marshmallow Man, Slimer, etc. ) until you get to deal with some minor issues like the animated TV series, video games and the toys placed on the market between the 80s and the 90s.    For several months I was resisting, but in the end I gave in! Although it is not a diecast model I decided to add to my collection the Ecto-1 used in "Ghostbusters" produced by LEGO. What has triggered the purchase was the price, about half the official price: I found it as the last piece in a toy store in my area and probably for that reason the price was lowered ... I couldn't leave it on the shelf! Of course at this point, the match is also searching for the DeLorean from "Back to the Future": I must complete the pairing! In the coming days I will realize a timelapse to illustrate every step of the assembly process. Stay tuned!

   As promised, I'm here to show you the second box of LEGO I bought in recent days. After the ECTO-1 from "Ghostbusters", this time it's the DeLorean from "Back to the Future". I must admit that the ECTO-1 is much more nice and precise, while the DeLorean is a bit less detailed, but still being a celebratory model and now discontinued deserved to become part of my collection. I haven't yet decided when begin to assemble these two models: for now enjoy the pictures of the package, then surely soon come the pictures of the models assembled!

   Last Friday was my birthday and my friends/co-workers have made me a gift related to my passion: the DeLorean DMC-12 and Marty McFly from "Back to the Future" in the stylized version created by Funko. Of course, the detail is not what we are used to see on our beautiful diecast models, but I must admit that it's very nice and beautiful to expose. So I can not hide that I liked so much that I decided to order the good Doc, to complete the mythical couple of our trilogy!

   As I already mentioned at the beginning of February, my friends/colleagues had given me for my birthday Marty and the DeLorean from "Back to the Future" produced by Funko. I liked them so much that I decided to complete the set, also ordering the character of Doc Brown. In recent days it has arrived and today I'll show you, with its box, with the rest of the set and with some gadgets related to "Back to the Future". Do not you find it likeable?

   As I already told you, two weeks ago I visited the Torino Comics event: I could not leave empty-handed, so I bought some new items for my collection of Pop! characters by Funko. Today I show you the Ecto-1 of the "Ghostbusters", accompanied by the character Winston Zeddemore. Personally I find them well-made, especially the Ecto-1 and do not wait to expose them, mainly due to their odd shape and the sympathy you feel when you watch them! I am waiting to receive by mail all the other characters of "Ghostbusters" series: I hope all arrive by the end of next week, but in the meantime I'll try to introduce other purchases made at Torino Comics and update you on the progress made on my custom "Street Hawk"!    As promised, today I will show you the last purchase at the Torino Comics exhibition: the Batmobile from the 60s TV series produced by Funko. Again, as for the Ecto-1, the car model is really done very well: I believe that among the 3 in my possession, is the most beautiful! The character of Batman is well made and as for the "Ghostbusters" series I'm waiting for the arrival even the character of Robin, just to complete the collection. In the next days I will buy a new showcase only to expose the whole series of Pop by Funko in my possession (car and characters). As soon as I find the right model, I will set up it and I will show you how it looks inside of my room!

   Ok, I admit it ... I'm weak ... I am so enamored of the Vector W8 produced by Ricko that I finally decided to buy from Poland also the black version (it will take a few days before it get home). The purchase of this model has not been easy: for more than 10 days the model at auction on eBay has been without stakes, but 30 minutes before the end appeared my "opponent" ... I'm not discouraged, but as my usual I placed the winning bet 4 seconds left, taking home the result! With this my last purchase came to my mind that at that point I will have another red/black pair, as has already happened a few months ago for the Lamborghini Countach LP5000S produced by Kyosho, which is in fact the car which best approaches as lines and as a concept to Vector W8. So I've come up with the ability to offer a comparison between the two cars side by side (for now): the red Lamborghini Countach LP5000S and the red Vector W8. As you can see from the pictures, thanks to very bright red paint, the two cars side by side are really superb and well made! But now I leave you with the pictures ... enjoy with them!

   May was not exactly a spring month and also June did not start in the best way. However, today the sky is not delighted us with the usual rain of recent times, so I took the opportunity to do some photos of the new models, especially those used in the movie "Two Lane Backtop", namely the 1955 Chevrolet One-Fifty and the 1970 Pontiac GTO.    There is a good chance, I will return next Sunday to visit the theme park "Movieland" in Lazise sul Garda. Why? First of all, because I love it and it's always nice spend a day in that park. Second, because I want to bring some friends and my girlfriend that the last time was not able to come with me. Third, because I want to take pictures that do justice to the park, avoiding this time to get me water down the phone!
   In the previous days, looking for some more information on the park, I found that when it opened the rollercoaster "Diabolik Invertigo", was published a special issue of the comic "Diabolik". In this short story, the most skilled thief of all time, is to carry out a robbery into "Movieland": to escape from the police, he will attempt an escape between the buildings of the park, only to use exactly the rollercoaster to get away from the cops .    The weekend is coming and, if the weather decides to stabilize remembering now that it's summer, Sunday should be in Movieland! Having been there just a month ago, I can not wait to go back, just like a child! Moreover, the magic that can convey this park is truly unique! To celebrate this latest my return to the park, also the site for a few days changing "skin" and I show you today the mascot of the park that I bought just last month. Of course, to show it, I chose than next few diecast model, related to the most popular cars on display inside the theme park: KITT from "Knight Rider," the General Lee from "The Dukes of Hazzard", the DeLorean from "Back to the Future", the Dodge Monaco from "the Blues Brothers" and Elvis' pink Cadillac.    After showing the pair of BMW used by James Bond into the movies "GoldenEye" and "The World is Not Enough", the next two days I will show you in detail the F1 cars used in the movie "Rush" (the Ferrari driven by Niki Lauda and the McLaren driven by James Hunt): I had already quickly show you these diecast models when I presented the bluray movie, but I'd say it's time to let you see up close! Today you'll have to settle for a few photos of the two models side by side, but from tomorrow every model will have the right space it deserves, also because I bought them in March 2015 and only recently I found the time to let them some detailed pictures... a real shame!
   In addition, as I told you yesterday, tomorrow I will leave for my holidays, but do not worry: I've added a new feature to the site, ie the ability to publish programmed posts.    Welcome back guys! Sorry for the long absence, but as I had anticipated in my last post, in January I changed jobs and I had to give priority to that... However, today I will try to return with a great item, presenting the last arrival in my collection: in this case, yes, it's only a fast presentation, but in the next days I'll try to make a video where I will show you the content of the box and the functionalities of this model. But... what I'm talking about? I'm speaking of the DeLorean from "Back to the Future - Part II" produced by Kids Logic. The special feature of this model? Besides being perfectly reproduced (1:20th scale), it has the ability to float (through a magnetic field) like the "real" one. So I'll try to show you the model both statically and moving, even if I anticipate you that making the model floating is not so easy! Again be patient a few days, it is worth it!!

   The period, due to Covid, is certainly not the easiest, but sometimes it is necessary to have fun for a moment, even thinking about more fun things: this is why I have prepared 5 Jack-o'-lantern pumpkins this year! To make them darker, I decided to park the 3 baddest cars in movie history next to him: "Christine's" Plymouth Fury, "The Black Car" modified Lincoln Continental Mark III and "Death Proof "'s Chevy Nova SS. . Let the darkest night of the year begin !!!! PS: among the pumpkins, there is the "replica" of a very famous pumpkin seen in a movie from the 80s ... let's see who can figure out which one!
